Nearly every room has stunning ocean views in our large four-bedroom house about 200 feet from the water. With a large front yard and quiet streets, there is more to do here than you will have time for!

Just think . . . after you are done roasting marshmallows out front or on the beach, return to the living room with a welcoming warm fireplace and comfortable sofas and chairs. The perfect spot for family games or read-aloud time.

There's a large oak dining room table that easily seats 12 and the high chair is in the closet under the stairs.

Oh, you don't want to cook on vacation? I fully understand if you don't' want to fix meals or wash dishes. . .There is everything from fast food take out to very affordable family dining within 20 minutes.
You can do as much or as little as you want!

The large, completely remodeled bathroom has a tub with shower for you to clean up in after your days in the sand. Upstairs there is a sink and mirror for tooth brushing and face washing. Rinse off all your beach treasures in the outdoor sink. Then set them aside to dry right there too.

There is a lovely large master bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed. One of the living room sofas is a futon and the other is a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a comfy futon on the landing. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one has two twin beds.

Imaging crawling into a warm bed with fresh sheets; feel the warm smoothness o your skin after a fun-filled day. Each bed has linens and pretty comforters for you to snuggle under. There is also a large alcove on the landing perfect for young ones to sleep on with their own sleeping bags. Or move your bags in front of the fire.

Grab your mocha and your book and linger on the front porch.
Imagine the beautiful view with the privacy for your children can run and play in the large grass yard after you are done flying kites, building sandcastles, beach combing or exploring.
