Reservations:

We would love to hear from you. Email us to check on the dates of your choice. You can contact us through this email and we will happily check the calendar for you.

Groups:

We welcome your group of 10 or more. We are only able to rent the house to larger groups on a limited basis. To ensure your enjoyment and the longevity of this arrangement there are a few things we ask you to agree with:

• Please bring your own toilet paper.
• We are only set up for one garbage can a week so any more than that needs to be taken home with you.
• There is a washing machine in the house. Please limit your use to only the towels and linens of the house.
• We pay our wonderful housecleaner a $90 cleaning fee for large groups. This is instead of the usual $75 fee not in addition to it.
• There is an additional charge of $5 per person per night for guests over 10 people to cover the additional expenses that go with them.

Are you using tents or campers in the yard? We have found we must still charge the $5 per person additional fee due to the extra wear and tear on the house and sewer and water costs. We thank you for your honesty and understanding.

Our Refund Policy:

In case of emergency, we will refund 90 percent 3 months prior and 75 percent 1 month prior.

Payment:

Please make out your check to Randy Flem and mark it with the dates you would like to reserve the house. Be sure to include the $75 cleaning fee and, if you live in Washington the state sales tax of 11.3%. Send checks to:

A deposit of ½ of your total reserves your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your first nights stay in order to confirm your reservation.
