We want your stay with us to be a relaxing vacation. Here are some details to help.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

From July through October, the arrival/departure day is Sunday. Other times of the year the arrival/departure day varies

DIRECTIONS:

Drive through Aberdeen to Hoquiam taking Highway 101 (not to Ocean Shores). Continue approximately four miles to Ocean Beach Road, turn left. (Watch carefully, and do not turn when you see a sign that points toward Highway 109.) You will be looking for the next sign that reads “Pacific Beach” or “Ocean Beaches” with an arrow pointing left. Stay on Ocean Beach Road for approximately 25 miles until you come to a stop sign. There you will cross Highway 109 into Pacific Beach. Turn left at the 76 Station on 2nd Street. Go 1˝ blocks, and our gray house with light blue trim will be on your right, it is #32. Park in the carport and enter through the door inside the carport.

PETS AND ALLERGIES:

To preserve the air quality in our home for you, other guests, and ourselves, we do not allow any pets or smoking in the house. Thank you for understanding.

LAUNDRY:

We have a laundry room with a washer and a dryer in the house. You are welcome to use it. Please help us out by removing whatever sand from your clothing that you can prior to washing.

LINENS:

We provide sheets, towels, and blankets. Due to the short time between guests, we ask that you launder the linens before you leave. We will make the beds before the next guests arrive, if you just leave the clean linens on the proper beds.

TOWELS:

We have plenty of bath towels for you to use during your stay. These are only for indoor use. Please bring your beach towels from home to use outside. Thank you.

FIRES:

There is a fireplace in the living room that heats the lower level nicely. You will need to bring wood, or you can purchase it a block away at the 76 Station on the corner.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES:

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Also, there is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, griddle, and pitcher. If you have a favorite pan or odd-sized dish that you would like to use, please bring it along.

  • KEYS:
    The house will be unlocked upon your arrival and a house key will be on the table for your use. Please lock the door and leave the key on the table when you leave.
  • TELEPHONE:
    There is a public telephone that you are welcome to use. It is on the corner four houses down.
  • SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
    There are four bedrooms in the house. Downstairs there is a very large bedroom with a king-size bed. A futon and hide-a-bed each sleep two in the living room. Upstairs there are two rooms with queen-size beds and one with two twin beds.
  • LARGE GROUPS:
    For parties of ten or more please correspond with us; we are easy to get along with! Send an email to: Lorrie@TEACHmagazine.com. The cleaning fee is $55.
  • ELECTRONICS:
    There is a television, VCR, DVD player and a stereo with a cassette player in the living room. In the Master Bedroom there is a television, VCR, and DVD player.
  • HIGH CHAIR:
    There is a high chair that you are welcome to use. It is stored in the closet under the stairway.
  • GUESTBOOK:

    We have a guest book that is on the mantle in the living room. We would love to have you sign it and tell us about your stay!
  • CHURCH:v Two and a half blocks away is Pacific Beach Community Church. It is right next to the grade school that you passed on your left on the way into town. Sunday School is at 9:45 a.m. and church at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday service is at 7:00 p.m. Ron Roberts is the pastor and his wife is Lolly. Their daughter, Karleen (playing the piano) is the lady who got the house tidy for your stay. They would love to meet you!
  • RESERVATIONS:
    We would love to hear from you. Email us to check on the dates of your choice. You can contact us through Lorrie@TEACHmagazine.com and we will happily check the calendar for you.
  • PAYMENT:
    Please make your check out to Randy Flem and mark it with the dates you would like to reserve the house. Be sure to include the $40 cleaning fee and Washington state hotel tax of 11.2%.
